Community Service & Recreation Center – Church Partnership

JMZ is partnering with a local church to transform an aging building and gym into a fully functioning community service and recreation center. This project aims to support an area facing significant financial and socioeconomic challenges. The new center will provide technology access for job searches, skills training, and essential community resources. It will also feature playgrounds, recreational sports programs, and fine arts opportunities for children and youth.


Our role includes researching, applying for, and managing grants; securing quotes; and guiding the church through state and federal regulations. The scope of work involves refurbishing softball fields, installing scoreboards, improving parking and ADA compliance, adding playground equipment, providing audio/visual and musical equipment, upgrading the gym, and acquiring needed sports gear, uniforms, security systems, and technology tools. JMZ is honored to support this ministry as they expand their outreach and impact.

Private School Enhancements

JMZ is assisting a private school with securing grants and improving key areas identified by their leadership. These focus areas include playground improvements, athletic programs, library resources, teacher incentives, STEM expansion, technology upgrades, security enhancements, academic initiatives, signage, and ADA accessibility upgrades. Our goal is to help strengthen the school’s environment and provide lasting benefits for students and faculty.

Non-Profit Mechanical Systems Restoration

We are partnering with a nonprofit organization to resolve critical mechanical issues affecting their daily operations. JMZ is overseeing the evaluation of system options, the installation of new equipment, and the removal of outdated units to ensure the facility can return to full and reliable function.

Evangelical Ministry Facility Retrofit & Expansion

JMZ is supporting an evangelical ministry as they retrofit their current building and prepare for a more permanent facility to serve foster children and their families. Our work includes identifying available grants and implementing strategies to help the ministry strengthen programs and better meet community needs.
